It’s just south east of that intersection and has a bunch of good places to raid next door - metalworking factory, mechanic, and electrical for example. Since there are many (even interactive) maps of the PZ game world online, the location of the base is not exactly a secret anymore. The base itself is located close to the the south-west edge of the map, deep in the wilderness, very far from everything.
