Frustrated, I decided to leave and drive to FLOOR & DECOR IN Devon, PA. At F&D the energy level was high, the lighting was bright, the prices were low, the shelves were well stocked with new inventory in many aisles, and lots of happy shoppers (except in the 2 long lines at check-out). Offering THEE BEST customer service with not many chances of promotion. Over worked and underpaid. I absolutely LOVED my coworkers. But the PAY!
