Gmc acadia shakes when accelerating

Recently, I have heard a rattle noise almost like if you were to take screws and shake them in an empty plastic bottle. It doesn’t happen every time I accelerate but it usually occurs if the car hasn’t been driven in a day or two.

I have a 2016 GMC Acadia and I have had this issue happen twice and want to see if anyone has also experienced this. Both times I was stopped at a red light and noticed a brief rough idle when the light turns green and I begin to go the “Stabilitrack Off” light and ”Check Engine” light comes on.Yes, If there is no check engine light then there is nothing out of spec or bad.
