How can i view icloud photos

To access my stored files, I go Documents>Adobe>Photoshop Cloud Associates>to my created folders Photo Backup or Photo Backup 2. There, I can see the icons of only a few saved images among thousands. I can click on them and view them, but almost every thumbnail is just a generic icon so they are all a mystery.
