Took money out of my account without my consent. Dear Noom. You took $197 out of my account without my consent. A seven trial, first hit on my back account. It was a small amount so I did not notice. 7 days later, zero email to let me know because I would have objected, you took almost $200 more dollars from my account. -Cancelled subscription from Noom app. (Sent a "message" to my "coach" which is probably Ai) -Contacted Noom support for refund. They gave me a partial refund. -Responded with this, feel free to use. Take note, I included the active BBB complaint, and rating in my reply.
