Strong first. TLDR: it’s a great program! Super effective! about me: I’m 29, male and weigh about 83kg. Before starting DFW I had reached timeless simple 36kg. Completed DFW with 2 28kgs. Started in a pretty strong calorie deficit, but ramped up calories in week 3 due to pools sleep and therefore terrible recovery.
